ADD ON'S

HD: Your entire wedding done in breathtaking High Definition. HD DVD and Blue-Ray Disc.
Ceremony feature video: An edited 10-15 minute highlight version of your ceremony for those who may not have time to watch the full length version.
Extended pre-ceremony coverage: Preparation at the church as well as off site preparation the day of the ceremony.
Rehearsal coverage: Standard edited video or Highlight edited video to music.
Grooms dinner coverage: Standard edited video or Highlight edited video to music.
Extended dance coverage: Includes all major dance events such as the First Dance, Parents Dance, Garter & Bouquet Toss, Dollar Dance and any other specialty dances.
Guest Interviews: We will set aside a location at the reception for family and friends to approach us and record their thoughts, stories and best wishes to the bride and groom.
Love Story Video: A video tribute from how the bride and groom met through their engagement. Interviews with both the bride and groom. Clients can provide existing photos and video to be edited into their Love Story Video.This can be played with the Video Projection add-on at the dinner & reception.
Photo Love Story: A Picture montage of the bride and groom from childhood until their time together now. These photos are edited together into a slide show video production and put to music. This video will be divided into 3 sections, one for the bride, one for the groom and one of the couple together. Each section is edited to a song of your choice. (approximately 30 photos per section with songs 3 to 4 minutes in length) This
can be played with the Video Projection add-on at the dinner and reception.
Video Projection: We will set up our video video projection system at the dinner / reception area area to play your Love Story Video and / or your Photo Love Story.
Wedding Photo Session Coverage: Video coverage of the wedding photo session.
Wedding Photo Retrospective: A video slide show of your favorite wedding photos put to music of your choice.
Photo/Music Montage: Up to 50 digitized photos (client provided) with your music on DVD. 5 minutes
Photo/Video Keepsake: A combination of edited photos and videos with music of your choice on DVD. Client will provide digitized photos, video can be provided by client, captured by Busy Bee Video, or a combination of both. 5 minutes
Honeymoon Video: (client provided media) We will convert your honeymoon video and digitized photos into a DVD. (up to 1 hour of unedited video/photos - $50.00 per additional hour)
Honeymoon photo/video keepsake: (client provided media) We will turn your honeymoon video and photo highlights into a tribute video put to music. 5 minutes - One of Most Popular Add-Ons!
Journey to the wedding day: (client provided media) An edited version of the photos and video you have taken along your journey to the big day. ( inspecting wedding sites, sending invitations, bridal party fitting, preparing for the reception.... )
Bridal Shower: (client provided media) A highlight version of your photos and video of the bridal shower edited and put to DVD.
Bachelor/Bachelorette party's: (client provided media) A highlight version of your photos and video edited with or without music and put to DVD.
IPod or other MP3 video player: Have Busy Bee Video create an IPod or other MP3 video player version of any of your wedding videos.
Additional Camera/Cameraman - $75.00 per hour. (2 hour minimum)
Additional DVDs - $10.00 per single DVD (includes case and artwork) additional $6.00 per DVD for multi-disc sets.
Additional VHS copies - $9.00 per single VHS tape (includes case and artwork)
Honeymoon Camcorder - Varies per model
Additional coverage/editing - $75.00 per hour.

TERMS:

$300.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold shooting dates.
50% of balance due 10 days prior to wedding, with remainder due upon delivery of event video.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax.
Travel outside a 50 mile radius from Rochester MN add travel costs (mileage/airfare, accommodations & meals)
