How can I check to see if Busy Bee Video is available for my wedding or event?

How long does it take to get my finished wedding video?
3-5 weeks from the date of the event OR the date the client has delivered whatever media they wish to add to the project.

Can I have my wedding or event done in High Definition?
Yes - all projects are available in 1080i high definition video on HD DVD or Blu-Ray Disc.

How much control will I have in the creation of my wedding video?
As much or as little as you would like - we love creative input from our clients!

What aspect ratios are available for my video?
Your video can be done in either 4:3 (standard television aspect ratio) or 16:9 (wide-screen aspect ratio)

Can I make copies of my video?
Absolutely, we encourage our clients to make copies. We hope that the more people that see it, the more business we will get. Once you pay for your video you own it and have the right to reproduce it. If you want a printed set like the original you can order them direct from Busy Bee Video.

What kind of equipment do you use and how does it compare to other videographers?
All of our video is captured with Canon and Sony professional 3CCD video cameras. Audio is recorded with standard and wireless Senheiser professional grade microphones. Do not settle for anything less than professional audio/video equipment, if you capture poor audio or video no amount of editing is going to make it look or sound good.

How far in advance should i book my event?
The sooner the better, we recommend at least 6-9 months in advance.

Will you travel?
Yes, we will travel up 50 miles from Rochester MN at no charge and $1.00 per mile after that up to 300 miles. Beyond 50 miles, hotel and meals will be added to the total cost of your package.

Do you have a written contract?
Yes, every wedding video agreement is customized and includes all of the video services we will be providing.

Should we meet with you in person?
Yes, we recommend a face to face meeting to make sure we understand what you want, and to ensure that you are comfortable with us. We will come to your home or place of work for the initial consultation and subsequent meetings. However, if you are too busy to meet with us in person, all contact can be done through email and telephone.

What if changes are needed after I receive my video?
If you find technical errors or mistakes in the titles, spelling, etc., we will correct them at no charge prior to final delivery. If you decide to make artistic changes to the video we will provide an estimate at a discounted hourly rate.
